Job DescriptionThe role Innovisk is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Platform Solution Architect that can join the Innovisk product development team and play a leadership role for SFDC platform. You will be involved in the design and review of the design of one or more applications or services within Innovisk and will be play a critical leadership role in setting up the product development team(s) in India. You must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills and will lead our in-house Salesforce staff as well as our partner technology providers. You will examine the current systems architecture, and work with business and technical teams to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems. You will be responsible for leading reviews on all solutions to ensure business and technical alignment across the entire SFDC platform for Innovisk
- Provide SF leadership to define high level solution designs to address business needs
- Build and lead the team of in house Salesforce developers
- Review and approve designs and changes from other SFDC platform users and initiatives
- Work with Chief Technology Officer to hold effective discussions with business and technical teams to understand business capabilities and how technology can be best utilized to achieve business goals
- Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Architects, and Software development teams
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility
- Design solution to increase process effectiveness
- Identify areas of reuse and raise discussions with Technical leads to deliver robust system solution
- Document and maintain the organizations existing solutions architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives
- Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models
- Offer consultation to project/scrum teams as needed to ensure solutions deliver intended value and align to technical roadmap
- Break Down complex problem /program to enable Agile delivery teams
- Collaborate with Innovisk technology leadership team and other Solution Architects and Application Dev Managers offering input technical roadmap, conducting research and tools assessments in their focused areas of expertise
- Provide thought leadership to the Enterprise Architect offering their subject matter expertise to capability roadmaps and overall technical landscape
- Lead development of solutions in cases of new technology direction and/or proof of concepts. The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
- Hands on experience in building lightning components, Lightning Connect, Lighting App builder, Lightning Scheme builder and Lightning Frame work.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce.com Architect role with extensive development Lightning, Apex and Visualforce
- Strong hands-on experience using Force.com technologies, including Apex, VisualForce, Canvas, and Lightning components
- Expert in Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting, dashboards, and app rollouts
- Experienced with Restful APIs
