As a member of Virta’s Salesforce team, you’ll shape the success of this effort for years to come. You’ll help define and execute patient onboarding campaigns, both online and offline, that fuel growth. You’ll get to know prospective patient data from every angle, automating and reporting on segmentation and help resolve roadblocks and improve funnel efficiency that are critical to bringing new patients to Virta. A successful person in this role will love taking ownership of new and critical features central to the success of both our applicants and mission, be willing to get their hands dirty in different areas, and know how to move quickly to get things done
Responsibilities
- Design, build and support highly optimal technology solutions built on Salesforce.com (native and custom) that support business requirements
- Evaluate, develop, deploy and support any 3rd party app exchange applications
- Field reporting requests from both business and patient focused stakeholders
- Integrate with and maintain internal Virta systems, WebServices, third party systems, and external tools
- Work with Ops to automate recurring tasks, both reducing the workload for Ops and streamlining new patient onboarding
- Create new and support existing Apex triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning Components
- Help set and drive Salesforce best practices like maintaining and striving for data integrity
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
- Work with the Enrollment team to streamline workflow for Operations team to enable scalable patient enrollment and onboarding
- Support the Enterprise Growth team in streamlining deployments and potentially billing activities
- Integrate with the Data and Analytics team help streamline KPIs to retrieve data from Salesforce
- Take ownership of reporting tasks for current needs and future enhancements
Requirements
- Advanced Apex and solution designing experience
- Strong Salesforce architecture and data modeling experience
- Experience with Salesforce REST API including implementation and integration with third party systems
- Experience in designing and building solutions with Salesforce Lightning stack
- Experience managing Salesforce app exchange packages, supporting managed apps and debugging current automations
- At least a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, with a preference for Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 or Salesforce Certified Platform Architect
