Role expectations:
- Responsible for the overall Salesforce technical architecture and corresponding deliverables through a project’s lifecycle
- Lead the implementation of technical solutions according to the highest standards and influencing other team members to meet those standards, participating hands-on where necessary
- Elicit and document Technical Requirements through various communication channels, including client interface
- Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote best of breed culture in Technical Services
- Provide consultative service to top enterprise customers to enable them to make solid decisions in their enterprise portfolio
- Guide the development team in the appropriate use of platform technology
- Participate in Agile process on project teams
- Mentors and shares knowledge
