Role expectations:

  • Responsible for the overall Salesforce technical architecture and corresponding deliverables through a project’s lifecycle
  • Lead the implementation of technical solutions according to the highest standards and influencing other team members to meet those standards, participating hands-on where necessary
  • Elicit and document Technical Requirements through various communication channels, including client interface
  • Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote best of breed culture in Technical Services
  • Provide consultative service to top enterprise customers to enable them to make solid decisions in their enterprise portfolio
  • Guide the development team in the appropriate use of platform technology
  • Participate in Agile process on project teams
  • Mentors and shares knowledge
  • Flexible to projects and individuals
  • Business and technical correspondence is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct
  • Ability to “think on your feet” and learn new things quickly
