Salesforce System Support Engineer £19 - £20 per hour 2 month temporary role starting immediately Role based in Epsom

A Temporary Salesforce System Support Engineer is required for a rapidly growing company that specialises within the UK security industry across both public and private sectors.

You will be required to assist with a Salesforce rollout across the business so it is essential that you have strong Salesforce experience to be about to hit the ground running on this immediate requirement.

Duties Will Include

Supporting the technical teams with the preparation and implementation of Salesforce templates. Handling and analysing of statistical data for the effective investigation of system related issues by users Supporting the technical team with identifying, collecting and migrating data Assist, liaise with and escalate issues to the System Support engineer for supporting, troubleshooting and testing of test plans as assigned by the System Support Engineer. Assist the technical team with the preparation of analytical ad-hoc reports for users Assisting in the investigation of customer facing internal systems Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and present findings Assist the technical teams in analysing potential trends in system related issues for producing performance dashboards escalation to senior team members Assisting on-site cross department IT support needs such as detecting software problems

Skills And Experience Required

You must have extensive experience within Salesforce Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights Advanced Excel skills to work on reports and dealing with statistics Knowledge of data tools and systems Experience dealing with end user / customer facing issue resolution Have a can-do, hands-on, pro-active attitude Excellent communication skills Role: Salesforce Systems Support Engineer - IMMEDIATE START Job Type: Temporary Location: Epsom, Surrey,
