We are a Salesforce end-user looking for a Solution Architect to join our Salesforce development team of 30+ Salesforce certified professionals led by a Salesforce MVP and a User Group Leader.
The ideal candidate would have a track record of delivering large complex Salesforce projects, is passionate about technology, quality, and the Salesforce platform. Additionally, great organizational and communication skills, a keen sense of process improvement, and a strong desire to solve business problems are essential in this role.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce related architectural and solution discussions
- Lead design sessions
- Seek to expand their knowledge of Salesforce, related tools, technologies and best-practices
- Analyze, recommend, and guide the implementation of Salesforce tools
- Active analysis of existing designs, architecture and development practices in their domain to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and educate others on the Salesforce platform, standard methodologies and tools
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting/analytical skills to assist in resolving errors and find answers
- Assist in developing project estimates and plans
- Work closely with QA, Business Analysts, BI/Report Designers, Database Engineers, Developers and support staff throughout the full Software Development life cycle.
Required Qualifications: Strong background in design & development of enterprise systems
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform configuration capabilities
- Strong grasp of Apex and Visualforce (won't need to code on daily basis)
- Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life cycle
- Working knowledge of ETL tools, integrations and SQL
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds
- 2+ years of experience in an architecture/leadership role; designing, implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in a consulting role
- 1+ years of experience with Lightning
- Experience with Community Cloud
- Experience leading an offshore team
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin
- Salesforce Certified App Builder and/or Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Typical Interview Process:
