Salesforce ISV Platform Developer

We are looking for a full time experienced Salesforce Force.com developer to join our team.

As a growing business already with clients in the UK, EMEA and Australasia, we are looking for someone with the right mix of people skills and technical skills to help us expand and refine Schoolworks.

Our native force.com ISV application covers a broad base of features including CRM, scheduling, resource management, compliance, document management, finance, attendance, online booking and reporting via enterprise ORG and community and site portals

Responsibilities

• End to end development of new or enhancement of features
• Communication across the team
• Working with other developers to share ideas and solve challenges
• Managing time and communications alongside our SLA
• Weekly team meetings for continuous improvement
• Use of JIRA to manage work/project

Desirable skills/experience:

• Force.com development
• APEX, Visualforce, Eclipse and GitHub
• HTML, Javascript, ExtJS
• Lightning Web Components (we are currently Visualforce but wish to transition)
• Working with namespace and managed packages (although training can be given)
• Batch, Future methods... and the limits
• Ability to quickly understand problems and design solutions
• Understanding of MVC object model software design and architecture
• Understanding of basic finance and reporting

Our office is in Hammersmith, London, although we would happily consider flexible remote working as we have other developers working locally and remotely.
