Your Challenges
- As a Salesforce Engineer you are responsible for the conception, development and optimization of our sales workflows and their embedding in our (online) marketing processes and the downstream processes
- You will take over the comprehensive technical support of our Sales Force Marketing and Sales Cloud.
The provision of high-quality data and information for the evaluation and management of the various sales channels is a matter of course for you.
- You'll work with our product team and agile cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and optimize processes in Salesforce.
You help to leverage the potential of Salesforce in connection with the connected systems.
- You support our business units in the creation and automation of operational reports.
- You support and optimize the interfaces of Salesforce to surrounding systems.
Your profile
- You are a solution-oriented personality with several years of experience with Sales Force Sales and Marketing Cloud.
- You have experience with Salesforce development languages (Apex, Lightning), database architecture (SQL),Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and API development (REST).
- Ideally you have integration experience with online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, their optimization and integration.
- You have experience with de-duplication of data in Salesforce.
- You have experience with agile methods and working in cross-functional teams.
- You have the willingness to deal in detail with marketing/sales processes and their technical implementation.
- You have good analytical skills.
- You have a strong awareness for data security/GDPR.
- You have a good command of German and very good command of English.
Bonus
- Besides your specialization in Salesforce you are also interested in backend or frontend development with Javascript.
