About Us:
Working within the Cox Automotive Enterprise Technology team, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators who responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the Cox Automotive Salesforce Ecosystem in accordance with the business & technology strategy.
This is an exciting and high-profile project for Cox Automotive, which will give the Salesforce lead an opportunity to help us drive the CRM Roadmap for the future.
Cox Automotive CRM vision will focus on improving the data quality of Customer data and define relationship between the fragmented customer accounts held within multiple systems of record. The CRM vision will focus on reviewing the current CRM deployments, improving current business processes through adoption of CRM best practices, and exploiting the existing CRM solution.
Role:
You will lead the Enterprise Technology Salesforce Team, working closely with key
business stakeholders to understand and support the business and technology strategy.
Taking technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of Salesforce development &
configuration, planning and driving software development activities.
Adopt and adapt to appropriate software development methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
Working with key business stakeholders and technical resources to deliver technical solutions which meet the business requirements.
Delivering Salesforce software developments in line with the plan, with a focus on the delivery of requirement aligned, scalable, and maintainable solutions on time.
Designs, codes, verifies, tests & documents complex software solutions.
