We are a Salesforce end-user looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. Our 4000+ user org is highly customized and running Sales, Service and Community Cloud. Our skilled team of 20 counts with 45+ Salesforce certifications, a Salesforce MVP and Salesforce User Group Leaders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the Salesforce platform and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Spends majority of their time working on day-to-day Salesforce related development tasks, requiring high degree of technical expertise
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Creates, proposes, and collaborates on solution designs and architectures
  • Proficiency troubleshooting issues
  • Proactively seeks out and keeps up-to-date on Salesforce technologies, related tools, and best practices
  • Analyzes, recommends, and implements Salesforce tools
  • Relies on instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures to perform day to day tasks
  • Keeps projects, initiatives in motion and delivered on time.
  • Assists in creating project plans and estimates for themselves and teammates.
  • Assists in code review and deployment activities(DevOps).

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years software development experience (C#, Visual Basic, Java, Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, etc.).
  • 2+ years Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc).
  • Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life cycle.
  • Experience using ETL tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience integrating external systems with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Travel Requirements: Limited travel upon request.

Typical Interview Process:

  • If your application is selected, a Talent Acquisition Team Member will reach out to schedule a phone screen with them.
  • If selected to move forward, you will complete a HackerRank Coding Assessment.
  • If you pass, you will either move forward to a technical phone call for an additional screening, OR directly to an onsite interview.
