About the Role:

Our CRM Development team are responsible for the design, maintenance and programming of TransUnion’s CRM system. This role is responsible for developing bespoke solutions and enhancing existing solutions using Salesforce Lightning to improve benefit and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Teams, Business Analysts, Process Consultants and Acceptance Testers to ensure the solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Participate in end-to-end in the product life cycle, including solution design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Ensure all aspects of the acceptance criteria have been built and tested accordingly.
  • Ensure any reported bugs, faults or incorrect process routes are corrected within the timescales of the iteration.
  • Keep up to date of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Salesforce experience as a Developer using the Force.com platform with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
  • Advanced experience in using declarative development tools including process builder, cloud flow designer, approval processes and workflows.
  • Experienced in Apex including web services, batch processing, triggers, classes and unit tests
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud
  • Lightning UI configuration and management experience (We don’t use Salesforce Classic)
