Design and code a complete back office solution that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management (including integrations), case management, knowledge base, person accounts, dashboards, and reports
Port existing Salesforce apps to Lightning
Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, partners and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements
Drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions
Simplify and modernize solutions and services by planning standardized interfaces, removing redundancies, improving efficiencies, sharing feature/functionality context across multiple business lines, solutions and business needs
Liaison and lead between our ForeTees team and off-shore team in India
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
Skill requirement: APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, CI
Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
Certified Salesforce.com Developer
4+ years of Salesforce experience
BS in a science or technical field: Computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent work experience
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with team and customers
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements that drive solutions
Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently
Ability to create training guides, provide customer training on functionality
