We now have an opening for a Salesforce Developer to join our rapidly expanding Lightful Labs team. This role, which will involve working closely with Lightful’s senior clients, global foundations and charities, as well as the entire team. The role will be fast paced, varied, and rewarding.

Responsibilities
- Work on projects to develop new user features, update and constantly refining existing feature sets
- Build reusable code, components and libraries for future use
- Ownership of allocated tickets in sprint and including clarification, development and deployment within sprint timelines
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to review other development work
Key Skills Requirements.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development
- Certified to a minimum of Platform Developer 1 and nearing Platform Developer 2 certification
- Proficient understanding of custom development of Lightning components
- Proficient understanding of Apex code, Javascript and Visualforce
- Very experienced in Salesforce configuration, maintenance, installation of 3rd party apps
- Ability to own allocated tickets in environment within sprint with initial testing, raising Pull
- Requests, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation
- Experience in custom development of Salesforce communities
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, specifically GIT
- Experience presenting development work that you have completed
- Knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS is a plus
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other external systems
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Good understanding of Accessibility principles is desirable
- Experience participating in Agile Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience in working with Salesforce NPSP and HEDA packages and non profit processes is an advantage
