We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Architect to join our Information Technology function, based in Newcastle. The role is in our Consumer Relations department, working on the global systems we use to manage all consumer contacts (calls, social, chat, email etc.). You will work with senior management to create and implement the strategy for Salesforce usage at P&G and stay close to industry standard methodologies to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry. You will be seen as the go-to developer for complex implementation in the P&G Salesforce Solution and will also coach junior team members to grow their Salesforce knowledge and skills.

- Collaborate cross functionally to gather business requirements and develop a long-term strategy - Continually develop and improve the Global Consumer Relations platforms and their connected ecosystem components - Coach a team of around four junior developers and contribute to their overall professional development
