Responsibilities:

  • Understand sales and operations processes across the different divisions of the organization and
  • participate in discoveries with stakeholders to identify key areas to increase efficiency using
  • Salesforce best practices
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, external implementation partners and vendors
  • to create unique business solutions leveraging the full power of Force.com and the Salesforce
  • platform
  • Manage enhancements and implementations to the system in line with given business needs,
  • including third party applications/products.
  • Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and
  • enhance business processes and improve user experience
  • Coordinate, lead, setup, and document user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the
  • quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment (includes creating test plans)
  • Direct experience with Salesforce technologies including workflows, assignment rules, custom
  • fields, Importer and Dataloader
  • Create and maintain documentation of all application integrations and all custom development
  • on the Salesforce platform
  • Work with end users on day to day salesforce issues and requests.
  • Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions
  • Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies
  • Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, Profiles, and user hierarchy in support of Salesforce
  • functionality
  • Familiar with advanced formula fields, flows and process builder techniques.
  • Work with data loaders both 3 rd party and salesforce Apex data.
  • Experience designing/building custom and/or dynamic Salesforce.com dashboards
  • Manage development and deployment of Einstein applications, including Analytics, Prediction
  • Builder and Discovery.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification ADM201 minimum, ADM211 strongly desired
  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Background integrating marketing automation platform with Salesforce Pardot
  • 2+ full life cycle implementations of Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team
  • environment
  • Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities
  • Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein tools preferred
  • Other Salesforce Cloud certifications a plus
  • Bachelors degree in business or information systems preferred
  • Experience with decision support, financial reporting and dashboards is desired
  • Working knowledge of customer service workflow efficiencies, phone systems and open cti is
  • desired
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
