Honors Pathway

Salesforce Administrator / Developer

Administrator
Oakland, CA 📍

Company Overview

Honors Pathway (HP) is a social venture headquartered in Oakland, CA.  We partner with a growing network of non-profit, regionally accredited universities and public high schools to operate MicroCollege pathway programs. These unique dual credit pathway programs enable students to complete their first year of college in a highly supportive environment - at no cost to them or their families.

MicroCollege is designed to help students who are not yet "college-ready," and for whom a year of college classes and intensive academic support could significantly increase the likelihood that they successfully transition to college and earn a college degree. Courses are offered in small class sizes at standalone MicroCollege sites, and students are supported with two Tutors and a Success Coach per cohort of 35 students.

MicroCollege sites are fun, vibrant locations where staff and faculty have the opportunity to build authentic connections with their students and community of support. To learn more about MicroCollege, visit http://bit.ly/microcoll.
