**Job Description: **

In depth understanding of how the Salesforce Platform and its suite of products, especially the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud are built structured, secured and how to integrate between legacy systems and cloud systems.

• Analyse business requirements, Architect, Design, and Develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud Products)

• Running workshops, working closely with business analysts, able to talk about trade-offs e.g. terms of config vs code.

• Implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud solutions that adhere to platform best practices, including custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front end web technologies), integrations with content management systems and single sign on and other back systems.

• Has a blend of strong technical knowledge with business acumen

• Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team.

• Provide technical specs, code review and manage technical project team members

• Maintain effective relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.

• With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
