We need a Lead Salesforce Developer to come into the team and hit the ground running! Our new developer will work in an agile environment supporting the team to deliver projects with direct business impact. You could be working on a community cloud based employee intranet one day and in a stakeholder meeting about a transformational ops project the next. We need someone who will see this juggling act as exciting! In no time at all you will be one of the most popular employees as you enable others to do their job more efficiently.
Things you’ll be working on
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Product Manager to scope and estimate optimal solutions for business problems.
- Providing direction and applying technical expertise in the design, implementation and delivery of solutions that are able to scale with an ever growing business.
- Based on system and data analysis, identify projects and/or initiatives to improve our orgs health.
- Supporting the day to day management of the platform, working to document it thoroughly and fix bugs when needed.
- Applying a ‘declarative first’ approach to make our org as accessible as possible for new developments.
- Work cross-functionally, facilitating global business alignment.
- Learn new technologies and support the implementation of them where appropriate.
- Work with the wider team in ensuring all stakeholders are feeling the Salesforce love!
- Mentoring and providing constructive feedback for our Salesforce Administrators so that they too can continue their Salesforce career journey.
The deal breakers
- 5+ years’ experience of developing on the Force.com platform, with hands on lightning solution migration and development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certified. Other SF certifications are beneficial (Community Cloud, Service Cloud etc).
- Experience of working on both Sales and Service Cloud, extra kudos for Marketing cloud experience but not essential.
- Experience of developing components using the SLDS.
- Experience of working in sprints and using tools such as JIRA.
- Experience of developing the knowledge and skills of both admins and developers, as well as end users.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels
And you are…
- Keen to continue your own career development on the Force.com platform.
- Someone who can work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Interested in the latest Salesforce developments and anxious to try them out!
- Detail oriented but able to visualise the bigger picture.
- Happy to travel to other offices (Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm etc) if required.
- Fun to have around!
