We have an exciting nrew role for a European Salesforce Developer to join our team here at JELD-WEN!
In this role, you will support the development of the European CRM platform, Salesforce.com. This includes driving user adoption and experience and the development, build and deployment of efficient CRM processes and tools.
This role will require you to gain a broad understanding of the business, working across the sales and marketing functions and wider organization to support the effective development of our CRM capabilities in line with the business’ Ease of Doing Business strategy to drive growth and customer intimacy. You will be able to translate the strategic initiatives from the sales and marketing functions across Europe into a solutions architecture that is fit for purpose across the regions and delivers the required benefits.
** Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Review, design and deliver CRM system functionality developments, change requests and user enhancements line with the CRM roadmap, as identified by 1st line CRM system support and through pro-active discussions with key stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain and configure Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com and integrate into 3rd party solutions.
- Create and document business requirements by working together with users of all levels including stakeholders in the development of program enhancements and changes.
- Responsible for the roll-out of the CRM system to new functions including needs, processes and reports identification along with stakeholder management, internal communications, training development and delivery of training.
- Manage the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating user acceptance testing. Assess impacts and align and approve change requests through the relevant governance process.
- Administration and support of the Salesforce database including managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows and validation rules.
- Produce and maintain reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvements in adoption and usage, leading the awareness of the SF.com capabilities and promoting core applications from the eco-system to drive customer intimacy, salesforce effectiveness and growth.
- Create sales and marketing cadence and deliver a stepped change in data driven performance, including win-loss, customer visits, pipeline management and marketing ROI.
Experience & Background:
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce flows and process builder
- Hands on experience with Sales & Service Cloud
- Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud
- Hands on experience with Field Service Lightning
- Experience providing technical solutions and supporting documentation
- Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Strong planning and organizational skills, able to cope with multiple projects and reliably hit deadlines
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex multi-country, multi-currency manufacturing & sales environment
- Good commercial awareness and ROI/analytical approach
- Strong communication skills at all levels and across all disciplines
- Used to strong customer focus and good internal customer relationship management
- Analysis, problem solving/resolution and change management
